Seven coordinated starting sets are supplied: Classic, Calico, Ginger, Point, Snow, Tabby and Tuxedo.
- Duplicate the assembled Blueprint before making a variant.
- Choose the matching
MI_CatFur_Body,MI_CatFur_FaceandMI_CatFur_Tailmaterials for the pattern. The unsuffixed fur materials are Classic. - Assign those materials to BodyFur, the face Groom and TailFur.
- Assign the matching
MI_MetaCat_Skin_Body_*,MI_MetaCat_Skin_Face_*andMI_MetaCat_Skin_Tail_*materials to the underlying surfaces. Keep all applicable head skin slots consistent across LODs. - Compile, save, and inspect the joins at the neck, wrists, ankles and tail base under your scene lighting.
The Blueprint's coat preset arrays retain the material sets for easy discovery. Assigning a different array entry alone does not change a component's material.
Eyes
The prepared amber eye treatment uses baked eye materials and visible pupils. Duplicate the left and right eye material instances before changing iris color or pupil dilation. Judge the result under your final lighting: strong colored reflections or excessive iris brightness can flatten the eye into a bright disc.
