One support center for every product and plugin on this website.
Use Report Issue on a product page to preselect the product, or open the Support Center. Include a clear subject, description, steps to reproduce, expected result, and relevant engine/plugin versions.
Email is optional. If you provide it, we attempt to email confirmations and support replies. After submission, bookmark your private ticket page. Without email, that link is your way back to the conversation. Do not share the link publicly or include passwords, access keys or payment details.
Open the private page to read replies, view status and send follow-up messages. Attach screenshots, logs, text, JSON, PDF or ZIP/7z files to a reply: up to five files, 3MB each and 4MB combined. New attachments require ticket access; they are not placed in the public image gallery.
Lost your link? Use Track My Tickets to request new private links at the email originally supplied. Email alone never displays ticket details. Recovery requires working email delivery; tickets without email cannot be recovered this way.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | New request or customer follow-up. |
| In progress | Support is investigating. |
| Waiting on customer | Support replied and is awaiting your response. |
| Resolved | The issue has been marked resolved. |
| Closed | The ticket has been closed. |
A follow-up reopens the conversation. Please continue in the same ticket for the same issue.
The private Support inbox shows all products, active and created tickets, customer details, descriptions, messages and attachments. Authorized support staff can search by customer/email/text, filter product/status, set priority/status and reply. Inbox access requires the publisher's admin secret; it is not a customer sign-in.
Direct email and Discord conversations are not automatically imported as tickets.
